If you are a runner you will know how important strength training is, but it's often difficult to know what exercises to do and how to structure them into your training programme.

Our Circuits Fitness & Strength Session will provide you with the expertise and guidance you need to become a stronger, faster, more injury resistant athlete.


Wednesday Night is 'Track Night'

Come and join us under the floodlights for our Wednesday Night Track Session.

If you are a regular runner and keen to improve your 5K, 10K or Half Marathon times, this is the perfect opportunity to work on your technique and speed.

Every Wednesday our 'core session' will include intervals of between 200m - 800m with different recovery times dependent upon the target pace focus of the session.

Just Run - Long Intervals Session

There is one simple thing shared by everyone involved at Seven:Ten Athlete Training.... 'We Love To Run'.

On a Thursday morning we focus the session on slightly longer intervals of distances between 800m - 1600m. Sometimes these are at individuals 'Tempo' Pace and sometime at a more gentle pace.

The session is great for runners who are keen to improve their pace management and anyone who is working on improving their 5K / 10K race time.

'Jump to it!'

Incorporating Plyometrics into your training programme can be highly beneficial for individuals looking to enhance their athletic performance and overall physical capabilities.

Raise Your HYROX Game

If you are a HYROX athlete and want to improve your running come and join us for the ultimate compromised running session. You won't regret it!

HYROX is essentially a running race and your ability to run fast 1K reps in a compromised state is the key to success.

This weekly class will prepare you for your future HYROX races by offering a combination of interval runs and challenging functional exercises all under the watchful eye of two highly experienced international athletes and coaches.

Weekend Track Work

Our Saturday morning Track Session is the perfect opportunity for all those busy athletes who struggle to find time during the week to get to the track to focus on their speed and technique.

Understanding pace and being able to 'fall into the correct pace' at will is an essential skill for all runners to accquire. The track is the perfect environment to focus on this aspect of your running development.

Seven:Ten 'Combined Events' provide a specialist coaching environment dedicated to developing and promoting performance and enjoyment in both Heptathlon & Decathlon.

We welcome athletes of all levels and abilities into the group. All that we ask is that athletes are motivated, reliable, willing to learn and most importantly... love Combined Events.

We have no official connection with any one individual club and therefore are able to welcome athletes from any club to join the group.
